For us, it's about being there when family can't be.

Karen had worked as a trainer for another home care company and Joe was working in HR for a large pharmaceutical company when they realized the opportunity that lay before them. Karen had some insight into the nature of the business and Joe knew that they could differentiate themselves by simply hiring the best caregivers.

We looked at many of the major senior care brands and decided against them. They all had great business processes, but seemed to lack focus on what we believed to be the cores of the business

We engaged The Senior's Choice network of home care agencies and, with their help, launched Monarch Senior Care in 2009. We may never be the largest senior care agency, but we stand by our promise of being the company that does more than any other to ensure that the people we put in your home are the safest in the area.
