Because we've made client safety as a top priority, we exceed all regulations for screening our employees. Beyond the required screening process, we do further screenings including a pre-employment drug screen. Most of our competition doesn't do the minimum. Ask them to show you proof that the caregiver they assign to you has been cleared by the state-required, fingerprint-based background check at the very minimum. We have no contractors.

All of our caregivers and staff are our employees. We have no contractors and we are not a placement agency. That means that we take care of employment taxes, unemployment insurance, workman's compensation insurance, payroll withholding and so on. Some agencies may be a little cheaper, but that's likely because they leave you with these liabilities to manage. Furthermore, because these are our employees, we take care of fill-ins for day's off or sick days. You don't have to worry about a thing. We'll make sure it's all taken care of.
