After the interview, we’ll go to work finding just the right Live-in Caregivers for you. That’s right, we said caregivers... plural. We find that it is better to have 2-3 Live-in Caregivers assigned to a client to give them opportunity to recharge and to ensure consistency of care, when one should need time off for vacation or to take care of personal matters.
We take into account a wide variety of factors to help ensure that the relationship between you or your loved one and the caregiver is a positive one.
We’ve already thoroughly screened and trained our caregivers, now we’ll bring them up to speed on your special needs and wants. Having someone new in your house can be disruptive, and we realize that, so we do all we can to make sure that our caregivers have everything they need to hit the ground running. From the kinds of foods and activities that you enjoy (or require) to the way the microwave works, we strive to be the kind of companion you look forward to seeing.
